Serving suggestion:
Blend with quality olive oil & marinade lamb, chicken, tofu or fish before grilling or barbequing.
To Make a Gourmet Dip or Spread
Combine 250g of sour cream, cream cheese, yoghurt or dairy replacement with 1 sachet of Rockin’ Moroccan Medley mix or to your taste. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Also use as a seasoning on meat, poultry, fish or add to soup, sauces, vegetables & pasta dishes. Use ½ sachet as a snack or full sachet for entertaining.

Moroccan Spice Blend 29% (cumin, paprika, ginger, coriander, fennel, turmeric, cinnamon, caraway, nutmeg, galangal, cardamon, cayenne, allspice), maize, carrot, onion, red/green capsicum, garlic & leek.
The best place to store dehydrated vegetables, powders, herbs & spices is in a cool dry place.
Once you have torn the heat-sealed tab off the packet and are re-sealing the bag again, please remove as much air from the pouch as possible & then re-seal it. Removing the air gives to products a longer shelf life.
Our products are packaged in a clear re-sealable zip bag with a tear notch & they are self-standing for easy storage. The bags are heat sealed for that extra layer of protection while in transit and will also keep your products fresh until you are ready to use.
